Artistry, lightness and a feeling of freedom were the main elements of the design concept for this apartment, nestled in the outskirts of Vitosha Mountain. The space follows the ancient Feng Shui practice for harmonizing the individual with their surroundings, combining it with contemporary design trends, a fresh palette and state-of-the-art materials. The 200 sq.m. apartment has three large bedrooms with bathrooms, a walk-in closet and an open-plan living area where the whole family can gather. All natural materials and textures were used. One of the most interesting accents is the TV, built into the decorative wall that divides the living area, and installed onto a 360-degree rotating stand, so it can be comfortably used in both parts of the space.
The main objective was to recognize and incorporate the individuality and needs of each member of the family, but combine them in a harmonious unity.
