Historical House ongoing for residential interior. Ina Damyanova

This house is situated in the very heart of the city of Sofia and is listed as a cultural heritage site of historic and architectural importance. The 250 sq. m. house suggests close intimacy between the members of the family who live there. Each of the levels has a distinct function. The first floor is an open-plan living space combining a living room, a dining room and a small kitchen. The second floor is appointed specifically to the parents, with a large main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The third floor – the attic – has cute children’s and guest bedrooms. The outdoor space has a beautiful deck, and the finished basement is designed as a game room, with a separate suite for the butler. The design concept follows the architectural style of the house and its historic look. The eclectic combination of mid-century furniture and modern finishes, textures and light fixtures creates a unique design style, personal and different from most cookie-cutter modern homes.
