Summer Luxsory Apartment  finished project for residential interior. Ina Damyanova

This luxurious 180 sq. m. vacation apartment is situated in the seaside resort of St. Constantine and Helena.
Combining two apartments into one and making use of the rounded façade of the building, we managed to create a unique architectural design reminiscent of the deck of a ship. The apartment overlooks the private garden of the complex and the open sea, which inspired the nautical theme. Instead of a standard kitchen unit, we chose a large kitchen island in the middle of the living room space, equipped with all the necessary appliances and storage. The island doubles as a design accent, with its unexpected look and luxurious marble worktop, and also separates the lounge from the dining area. The soft curves of the space and the beautiful panoramic view inspired me to design the layout in such a way as to provide an open sightline from the entry to the windows. In addition, two separate spaces were created, reflecting the personal taste and individuality of the two owners – one pronouncedly feminine in its elegance, the other – with a more masculine atmosphere.
