Essence
For me Essence is the other thing of the Soul, of what we are before we are born. That pure higher energy that each one of us is born with and so successfully loses in the process of life. There comes a point when you just want to go right back there, to your original and purest presence... to your essence.
I have been walking this path for a long time, looking for myself, looking into myself, listening, traveling to the silence within myself... Sometimes I get lost, sometimes I catch up, sometimes I even manage to touch this finest part of me. Searching for an expression of the transformations I was going through, I intuitively entered a completely new work process for me. A process of observing the currents passing through my body.
Turning off the mind and letting go of control, I followed the impulse of spontaneous movement and expression of my momentary states.
I drew parallel with both hands, letting the flow guide me. I experimented with playing with light in total darkness so I could let myself feel and connect with my intuition.
I turned my attention to the depth and mystical power of the female womb and to its opposite, the expansive and powerfully moving male energy, swirling and sweeping all.
It was a creative release and cleansing of the subconscious, sorting through the layers of it, going through the beauty of being present here and now, in my authenticity. She got to the point.
