Comfort, spaciousness and luxury are the main design elements of this 250 sq. m. rental. This project is created with the idea of combining functionality and convenience with a more subtle design, which would appeal to the general public. The appointed areas are spacious and suitable for a large family, and the apartment has a luxurious feeling executed within a reasonable budget. The contrast between concrete and wood, the colourful textiles and the accent wall with large-scale graphic flowers soften the industrial bones of the space and make it unique and artistic.
